HESTOCON was established in 1981 as a drawing and consultancy office for approval of vehicles. At that time manufacturers were sceptical about contracting out work. Although their financial administration was usually contracted out to an accountant, it was not customary to contract out work for obtaining approval of vehicles.
In both cases, however, this is a speciality requiring a great deal of knowledge of the legislation and its application!
A great deal has changed in the meantime.
