Simon Hamill

I am a father of 3 (1 boy, 2 girls) and live with my partner of 5 years in Hull.

My hobbies range from music and films but my main passion is for Sci-Fi and graphic novels (or comic books for those that may think graphic novels are something a bit more ‘specialist’ ?). I attend regular Comic Cons and have been known to dress accordingly as my favourite character/s.

I have had a varied work history, from knickers packer to Red Cross Refugee Centre security supervisor but I have worked in area/regional external sales for the past 14 years, spending 9 years at Wurth before moving into construction chemicals and then into my current role as Regional Sales Executive for the North UK at C P Witter Ltd.

Witter Towbars are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of towing solutions and accessories and with the recent acquisition of Westfalia Automotive by our parent company, Horizon Global, the opportunities for us to expand our range and service to our customers is greatly increased.

It is my strong belief that the NTTA is the perfect association to represent the whole towing industry and drive forward the ethos of ‘Safe and Legal’ towing.
